  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be credited within 3 working days after approval.

5. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation

  • Before Service Commencement: You may cancel the service at any time before we begin work. No cancellation fees will apply.
  • After Service Commencement: If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscription-Based Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, and no prorated refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

Product Order Cancellation

  • Digital Products: Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once they have been delivered or downloaded.

6. Exceptions
